    Certificates will be distributed at the conclusion of the course requirements and assignments. Certificates are awarded according to Illinois state regulations and are based upon clock hours of training content. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from completing this training within the 90 day completion requirement. Please understand we can only award Certificates based upon your Final Exam completion.

     

    Materials that are included in these courses may include interventions and scenarios that are beyond your scope of authorized practice.     Azizi Marshall, Founder & CEO of Artful Wellness and the Center for Creative Arts Therapy, has been training professionals, leaders and organizations for over 15 years on topics such as diversity & inclusion, stress management, mental health, employee engagement, trauma-informed care, workplace wellness, prevention and harassment. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with small to large businesses, as well as individual professionals and C-Suite leaders.

    Azizi holds two Masters degrees in Community Counseling and Theatre from Northeastern Illinois University, Graduate-level training in Drama Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy at Kansas State University, is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois, a Registered Drama Therapist and Board Certified Trainer (RDT/BCT) in Drama Therapy, a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist (REAT) with the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association, and a member of the National Board for Certified Counselors, Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association and the Illinois Counselors Association.

    While the mandated content is only an hour in length, we have found that online video learning, along with interactive case examples, puts knowledge and skills to use in a meaningful and impactful way.
